I'm locked out of my car

The remote control key of my car is lost/broken, can you help?

Yes, our service professionals carry new remote control keys, they need to be programmed and synced with your car on site. Our automotive locksmiths are able to do that in their van for almost every car brand.

What is a master key?

In Short a Master Key is the main key of a group of locks. Regular keys can unlock one matching lock, but the master key is able to unlock all of the locks inside the group. Usually master keys are used by landlords or property managers.

To be able to Master-key a group of locks they all need to be made by the same manufacturer. However in some cases it’s possible to create a master key if the brand is not identical. We also provide more complex systems using sub-Master keys and Grand-Master keys etc.

I want to open all doors in my house with one key, is this possible?

Yes. If you have a key that slides into all your locks, then we can simply re-key the locks. If your key does not slide into a certain lock (or locks) then those locks will need to be replaced.

We purchased a new house, should we get new keys?

Yes: if you don’t know who else owns a key of your home you are potentially at risk. Think about it, a previous housekeeper, babysitter or a family member of the previous owner may still own a duplicate key to your home. In case you are not 100% sure we advise to either rekey the existing locks, which can be done relatively cheap in most cases, or to completely replace the existing locks.
